How does Crossing Over work?

You create a profile for someone you want to remember — sharing their personality traits, humor, favorite sayings, and stories. Our AI uses this to have conversations that feel like talking to them again.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your profiles and conversations are stored on your device. We don't sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How many free messages do I get?

You get 2 free messages per month to try the experience. After that, you can upgrade to Premium for unlimited conversations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Crossing Over → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I create profiles for living people?

Yes! Crossing Over isn't just for those who have passed. You can preserve the personality and voice of anyone important to you.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Crossing Over on your new device, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
